About Koro
The Island
Koro Island sits in the Koro Sea between Vit Levu and Vanua Levu, one of Fiji’s least-developed and best-kept island secrets. Volcanic in origin and ringed by fringing reef, the island rises from white sand beaches through rainforest to a high, waterfall-fed interior – a landscape that has changed remarkably little in the twenty-five years since the first freehold parcels were sold here.
Long before real estate, Koro was – and remains – home to welcoming Fijian villages whose way of life shapes the character of the island today.
Owning land on Koro means becoming part of that community: a rare opportunity to put down roots on an island that has deiberately stayed authentic, unhurried, and genuinely Fijian.
